I’ve been staying here this summer for work and this place has exceeded expectations all around. Their staff is extremely friendly and accommodating to any needs. KP at the front desk has been particularly kind and helpful throughout my time being here. He’s gone above and beyond when it comes to service and customer satisfaction. I never write reviews for places but have felt obligated to after experiencing the high quality hospitality here at the Best Western Plus in Eau Claire.
Great experience, from check-in to check-out. Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms, nice pool and a bar/restaurant on site. Good breakfast with all the necessary accoutrements. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower, and we drive an EV so the available free charging is a huge plus. Also walking distance to the Chippewa River State Trail which provided for a nice after dinner walk. Would definitely stay again at this hotel
My husband and I really liked this BW. It was clean, and not worn out. The pool and hot tub were in working order, so we really enjoyed that. Breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a roomy suite as Elite Dismond members. Slept well. Had a great stay .

This man doesn’t just work at the front desk — he runs it like a CEO in a suit made of professionalism and positive vibes. Need an extra towel? KP’s got you. Looking for the best local eats? KP already made a list. World peace? Still working on it, but give him time. He greeted me with the kind of energy that made me think I was checking into a 5-star resort, not just a hotel. The check-in process was smoother than jazz on a Sunday afternoon, and his recommendations? Spot on. The man should honestly have his own travel show. Long story short: KP is the real MVP of Best Western Plus. Promote this man, give him a plaque, maybe even a parade. Just don’t ever let him leave — he’s the reason I’ll be booking here again.

Parking was easy, the building felt safe, and the overall atmosphere was calm and well maintained. This Best Western Plus provided a dependable and comfortable stay, and I would definitely choose it again when passing through the area.
Room was clean and breakfast was perfect. Loved the little eggs! Only "ding" on the score was the jets didn't work in the hot tub.
